Our Programs

Preschool - Age 4

Our preschool program consiss of twice weekly instruction by a volunteer PYSA coach. Each player is required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. Preschool players will play scrimmages on Saturday mornings. Scrimmage teams are Coed.

Fee: $20/player (not subject to family discout)

Ball size: 3

Includes: 2 t-shirts only.

Not required to participate in fundraiser

U5 & U6 Coed

Our U5 & U6 Coed program includes 2 weekly practices and Saturday matches. Due to not playing matches on the Labor Day weekend teams play 1 weekday match the week before or of Labor Day. Coaches are volunteer. Players receive trphy at end of season.

 Division placement based on birth year (age of player on Dec 31)

Passers Boys & Girls - Age 7-8

Separate divisions for boys and girls, the Passers division play up to 2 matches per week (M, Tu, Th, Sat) playing around 10 matches in a typical season. Coaches are volunteer. Season standings are kept with the 1st place team receiving trophies at the end of the season.

Traveling SAy Teams - Ages 9-18

Traveling SAY Teams are the only teams who travel to the surrounding communities for matches. Teams are divided into separate divisions for boys and girls, however, if registration numbers are low area-wide or within Piqua, a team can play coed. Divisions are split by age: 9-10, 11-12. 13-14, 15-18. Age 9-14 typically participate in an annual area tournament with the opportunity to go to State tournament in November.
